Mijn naam is Minerva Jack, Geboren en getogen op het mooie tropische eiland Aruba, en op mijn 7de in 1979 naar Nederland gekomen en gevestigd in Heemskerk.

Op 16 jarige leeftijd , voor het eerst in aanraking gekomen met fitness en klassikale sportlessen tijdens mijn stage. Vanaf dat moment wist ik dat daar mijn passie lag in het inspireren en motiveren van anderen door middel van beweging, sport en gezondheid. Met vastberadenheid behaalde ik verschillende certificaten voor bodyshape, Zumba, dans en Bkick instructrice, en ik werd een gecertificeerde kettlebell master. Nu, als erkende personal trainer, motivator en activator, deel ik mijn kennis en enthousiasme met anderen. Mijn missie? Zoveel mogelijk mensen inspireren en helpen om sterker, fitter en gezonder te leven.
